Greg represents clients in the prosecution and defense of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, products liability, and other civil litigation. His extensive experience in commercial and business litigation has prepared him to successfully represent large multinational corporations and defend them in numerous lawsuits, including clients such as W.R. Grace & Co. and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. Greg has also served as class counsel in numerous class actions involving tax refunds and securities fraud.

Examples of Greg’s Recent Client Work
- As one of the trial counsel for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc., Greg was one of a team of O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong S.C. attorneys who successfully defended against a $50 million damage claim and received $18 million on a counterclaim relating to the lawsuit involving the retractable roof at Miller Park
- Successfully defended W.R. Grace & Co. in numerous state and federal courts against allegations of negligence and strict liability
