Nash Represents the Wisconsin State Senate in Redistricting Plan

Milwaukee, WI (January, 2008) – Randy Nash, a litigation attorney at O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong S.C., has been retained by the Wisconsin State Senate to comment on a report prepared by a committee, established by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, to consider procedural rules for certain types of redistricting litigation. State legislative and congressional districts must be redrawn after each census. Attorney Nash represented the State Senate legislative leaders in litigation in 2002, which redrew all 99 State Assembly and all 33 State Senate districts.
