Willie is a member of the firm’s Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax Advice, Planning, and Controversy, and Estate and Succession Planning Practice Groups. As a Certified Public Accountant and a former banker, Willie is able to analyze financial statements and tax returns to improve his understanding of how a business operates in order to provide customized legal solutions. Willie enjoys helping business owners and individuals problem solve, build their businesses, and plan for the future.
