Jason is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and assists clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. Jason has experience litigating and negotiating resolutions in an array of subject matters in small claims and large claims courts. He has assisted clients in matters involving breach of contracts, business shareholder disputes, property disputes, renovation and construction disputes, insurance claims, and landlord tenant disputes.

Before moving into civil litigation, Jason practiced criminal defense law. There, he gained extensive experience trying cases before a jury and arguing contested motions on behalf of misdemeanor and felony defendants in the Milwaukee courts. Jason’s criminal defense experience includes representing and defending clients in general misdemeanor and felony cases, including OWI cases.

Prior to practicing law, Jason attended Northern Illinois University as a student athlete where he played defensive end for NIU’s football team. There, he received First Team All Mid-American Conference honors as a defensive end and for academics. Jason is known for applying the same tenacious work ethic that made him successful on the football field to representing his clients in the courtroom.
