Ryan A. Onosko

Solving Difficult Problems with Creative Solutions

Ryan is a member of the firm’s Business Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups and he serves a wide variety of clients in the practice areas of Banking, Receivership, and Creditors’ Rights, and Real Estate and Construction. Ryan represents and assists financial institutions, businesses, and individuals with complex commercial financing arrangements, including reviewing, preparing, and negotiating commercial loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and subordination agreements. Ryan also advises and represents clients on a variety of business related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, the sale and purchase of real estate, software and technology related issues, and contract review, preparation, and negotiation.

  • Representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions
  • Commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales
  • Complex commercial loan transactions for lenders and borrowers
  • Drafting and negotiation of complex business agreements including software, technology, and IP agreements
