Nathan W. Eckley

Nathan is a member of the firm’s Tax Advice, Planning and Controversy and Trust, Estates and Succession Planning Practice Groups. He has more than twenty years of experience representing individuals, families, and closely held businesses in estate planning, trust administration, probate, real estate, and corporate matters. His practice includes advising clients on a wide range of estate and succession planning issues, from initial planning to complex, multi-generational strategies. Nathan is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Nathan’s extensive experience allows him to provide practical, coordinated guidance tailored to each client’s circumstances. He works with clients to address personal, business, and legacy considerations, helping them plan for continuity, asset preservation, and effective transitions for both family and business interests.
