Jessica K. Haskell

Solving Difficult Problems with Creative Solutions

Jessica is a member of the firm’s Banking, Receivership, and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. She draws upon her experience clerking in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin to represent court-appointed receivers, secured and unsecured creditors, financial institutions, buyers, and corporations in state and federal court, including Chapter 128 receiverships. Jessica is the Chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section and serves on the board of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors’ Rights Section.
