Brady is a member of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership taxation, nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, employee benefits, and general corporate matters. He regularly works with tax-exempt and charitable organizations, assisting with entity formation and the application process required to obtain and maintain tax-exempt status. Brady has also worked on a growing number of employee benefits–related matters.
While in law school, Brady served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Justice Brian Hagedorn of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where he researched legal issues and drafted bench memoranda to assist in the preparation of oral arguments. He also worked as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel, where he drafted motions for summary judgment, assisted with discovery, and researched administrative statutes and precedent.
