Ben is a member of the firm’s Business and Real Estate, Land Use, and Construction Law Groups. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, development projects, and local government matters. Ben advises clients on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing, as well as zoning, permitting, and land use compliance. He also drafts and negotiates a range of real estate and development agreements. Ben’s experience as a municipal attorney allow him to guide clients through complex regulatory frameworks with practical, solution-oriented insight.

- Examines title reports and prepares closing documentation for property acquisitions.
- Represented municipal clients as outside counsel, including attendance at board and council meetings.
- Drafted zoning ordinances, conditional use permits, and development agreements for various Wisconsin municipalities.
- Advised municipal entities on permitting, zoning compliance, and real estate transactions.
- Assisted in the completion of special education compliance investigations for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
