John “Jack” McNally is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Trust, Estates and Succession Planning Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on estate planning and probate and trust litigation, as well as a broad range of civil litigation matters. Jack represents individuals, families, and businesses in disputes involving estates, fiduciary duties, and other complex civil issues.
Jack’s background in public service provides him with practical litigation experience and a strong understanding of regulatory and municipal matters. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Milwaukee, where he handled business licensing litigation and defended claims against the City. Jack approaches each matter with a strategic, client-focused mindset, working to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting his clients’ interests.
