Holborn Presents "The Importance of Health Care Powers of Attorney"

Attorney Carl Holborn gave a presentation on “The Importance of Health Care Powers of Attorney” at a seminar organized by Hospice Alliance. The presentation involved case studies on legal controversies in the Karen Ann Quinlan, Natalie Cruzan, and Terri Schaivo cases. The presentation stressed the importance of having a Health Care Power of Attorney and other advanced medical directives.

Carl assists individuals, executives, professionals, and business owners with estate and business planning, as well as trust and probate administration. He also specializes in estate, gift, and income taxation. Carl is a Five Star Wealth Manager in Estate Planning and frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars on various estate and tax issues.
