Randy is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. He collaborates across practice groups to help solve a wide range of legal issues, including assisting in business group matters. Randy draws upon his experience as a case analyst and paralegal to help assist his clients in a wide variety of litigation matters.

- Draft and revise motions to dismiss debtors’ cases for default or noncompliance with court ordered Chapter 13 plan in coordination with Trustee’s policy
- Complete casework for withheld security deposits, unpaid wages, rental housing disputes and additional matters
